“Style, space, and soothing sanctuary in a family-favoured locale”
Boasting contemporary style and family privacy over a bespoke, split-level design, this four-bedroom home offers a peaceful indoor-outdoor lifestyle and low-maintenance appeal. Gleaming with Victorian Ash floors under a shower of natural light, the home’s clean, crisp lines and soothing colour palette provides an uplifting setting for everyday living and entertaining.
The vast lounge room nurtures daily relaxation and vibrant get-togethers, while the dining room adjoins a stunning entertainer’s kitchen and a northerly deck for indoor-outdoor entertaining amid easy-care gardens. Sleek and stylish, the kitchen mingles family and friends at a stone-draped island bar, while catering to the masses with a full appointment of Miele appliances and plenty of storage.
Parents enjoy sanctuary in a privately positioned master bedroom, pampered with built-in robes and a luxe, twin-basin ensuite. Upstairs, the kids’ domain comprises three robed bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom, providing siblings with generous space for retreat, play, and study. Complete with a guest powder room, a laundry, and oodles of storage including an internal-access, oversized double garage with two storerooms, the home is wrapped in modern comfort including ducted heating and refrigerated cooling, security alarm, and CCTV.
Nestled in a cul-de-sac lined with luscious cherry trees, the home delivers an idyllic suburban lifestyle, positioned footsteps from St Clems Reserve, Tunstall Square, and city-bound buses, while minutes from Westfield Doncaster, the Eastern freeway, and zoned for the sought-after East Doncaster Secondary College and Beverley Hills Primary School.
Suburb review from the agent

“A lot to do in the area”
Close to the suburb, there is a lot to do for outdoors for sports and recreation. I also enjoy the farmers market and fun activities like tree plantation activities organised by the local council that kids liked. The public schools are ranked better relative to the rest of Melbourne.View all reviews of Doncaster East, VIC 3109
