The house is very nice inside and has everything you need should you want it furnished. Very economical energy wise with money-saving appliances and materials and design of the house to keep bills minimal. Close to CBD only 8km away and bus stop on the corner of the court. Trams and trains not far away either. Woolworths 5 minutes walk to local shops and cafes. Heaps of parkland/picnic areas and bicycle tracks nearby and Coburg/Preston shopping precincts and markets only 5 minutes drive away. House is located in a quiet court. It can be a flexible arrangement if need be.

Outside access is sometimes required for garden maintenance and on-going outside garden work. The lawns and garden will be maintained as part of the tenancy agreement if you like so you don't have to worry about any outside work or upkeep but it's not a hard and fast rule for either landlord or tenant.
