There is an appropriate number of tanks and troughs servicing the livestock and a fair portion of pipe has been replaced over recent years along with upgraded troughs and tanks.
Most of the dams have been fenced off for management of livestock.
There is also mains water available to the property.

HOUSE:
There is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with country kitchen, lounge room, formal dining room and second living area which has extensive window front that offers views of the ocean.
There is a full length verandah for entertaining, rainwater plumbed to the home, solar hot water system and undercover parking.

IMPROVEMENTS:
Farm improvements include a large 16m x 21.5m 4 stand raised board shearing shed that was built in 2007 and has a provision for a 5th stand. The shed includes running water, power and an adjoining sheep shed measuring 16.5m x 19.5m which can hold around 800 sheep.
There are steel sheep yards attached and they include drafting gates, holding pens and loading ramps.
At Jimmies dam, there is a 3 stand crutching shed with attached sheep yards.
Other improvements include a number of workshop and implement sheds, shearers quarters and a self contained Hut.

There is approximately 14kms of coastline with nearby beaches providing a great opportunity for fishing enthusiasts.

FEED:
Mullaquana Station has an abundance and variety of salt bush, predominately blue bush with areas of black salt bush. A variety of native grasses grow as seasonal conditions flourish. The coastal zone has areas of swampy mangroves that lead to low shrub samphire plains.
