A larger side courtyard is off the master bedroom and includes a 7 piece outdoor setting and gas barbecue that is perfect for entertaining. The laundry includes a top loading washing machine and laundry tub.

The beautiful Mediterranean style courtyard has sun lounges, under-cover tables and chairs, a heated swimming pool and gas barbecue facilities for those lazy afternoons. In addition, there is a single car park space in our secure, gated underground car park.

For added comfort and peace of mind, St Tropez's security includes closed circuit TV coverage, a personal security fob for after-hours access and has the added benefit of resident on-site managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

St Tropez is connected to the NBN and we can provide broadband WiFi and Foxtel subscriptions, without lock-in contracts and at prices well below that of normal residential rates. Ask us about the options we have available.
