"Family favourite in lovely street"
Set in a real neighbourhood zone in Mitcham, this street boasts big blocks still in walking distance (10 minutes) to central Mitcham (shops, train station, etc).
Rangeview Primary is around the corner and plenty of parks/walking tracks aren't far.
Mostly houses and a few units along here, with decent rental returns with low vacancies rates due to popularity.
