Humbug Scrub, SA 5114

This is a beautiful country area just out of the northern suburbs of Adelaide. While it is called Sampson Flat, there isn’t a lot of flat ground around, it is quite hilly and well covered by large gums.

The trip back into Adelaide is pretty easy and it’s probably only 20 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza. So going to the shops is nice and easy.

It is another 20-30 minutes into the city from TTP so it’s a reasonable trip if you work in Adelaide. As a result it is probably not the best location for people that want to get out every night for a good time.
You are more likely to get some acreage here than your standard block.

It is high on my list of places to live.
