"A Good, Honest Suburb"

Yes, there are a small number of pockets within this suburb which are run down and crumby, but this is not the whole picture. There are some great areas within Huntfield Heights, many with ocean views. Very safe for families, quiet and close to the shopping centre and transportation of Noarlunga. Loved living here!

"No better place to bring up a family."

I grew up in Huntfield Heights but being such a large suburb I can only express my views to a small portion of Huntfield Heights. As a child I enjoyed the the many local parks available, all in walking distance from my house. The area we were located in was very neighborly, everyone knew everyone and we all looked out for one another. Quite often did we hold BBQs and parties at one another's house and enjoyed living in such a laid back area.

The street we were located on was a strange set up but manageable none the less. Many streets are very hilly but fantastic for some exercise or walking your family dog.

Shops and local transport are all within walking distance to our property, with major shopping facilities close by and a range of local sporting clubs and schools this area is great for any family.

Great for

  • Generally a quiet area
  • Good local schooling shopping and transport
  • Gorgeous panaramic views across the land to the ocean
  • Low cost living

"No where near as bad as some may think"

There are many people whom have enjoyed living in this area for many years. Yes there may be small pockets which may be less desirable but the majority of the area is quiet and the people friendly. Close to regional shopping at Colonnades and the train/bus interchange is close by as well. Local schooling is well catered for.The housing especially for the first time buyer, investor or for those wanting an affordable family size home is excellent and great value.
