"Quiet street in a blue collar suburb"

Except for the occasional noisy car (this is Ingleburn) its pretty quiet. Housing density is increasing rapidly here with a lot of people seeing the beauty of affordable living. Most people keep to themselves however neighbours in each block tend to be quite friendly. There is no fear here like you get living near the CBD. Its nice and relaxed with good resources in walking distance. You get shopping, fast food, gym, two pools, tennis courts for $10 an hour, large parks, train station and a service station all within 1km. Note that at one end the train lines roll past but a few doors down and it doesnt matter. I recommend it for a family and we have a lot of them here.

AdamS Hi Jarvil,

You gave clean and green a very low score. Why is that?

jarvil It wasnt very low score just below average. Its very clean but as for green, I dont know if has a lot of green. The pathways are twice as wide as normal and grassy. There is the odd tree here and there but to me, green should mean significant foliage. Like most streets, trees have been cleared away leaving just grass. It all depends what you have come from. I expect tree lined streets for a good green score. Your comment makes me think that two bars was a bit low. Three would be more accurate.
AdamS That's the beauty of being able to comment on your onw review!! Clean and green being low is necessarily directly related to having a bad score. Some people prefer urban sprawl remember! Personally I prefer a good balance, not forest, but not inner city.

I also prefer the low fear factor when it comes to finding the right place to live ;)
