"The Victorian pocket close too everything great about Footscray and removed from the seedy end"
Walking proximity to great schools ,Victoria University, Western Hospital, Highpoint Shopping centre, Flemington Racetrack, Royal Showgrounds, Trams, Busess and Trains. Walk to dog parks and The Western Oval and the vibrant award winning resturaunts in the area. Great shopping and easy access to the city. Away from the hard side of Footscray and historically one of the oldest residential parts of the area, period homes of the Victorian and Edwardian eras abound. Less than 7 kms from the CBD in a rare inner-city undervalued area.
