"Peaceful and leafy, yet close to everything!"

Joslin has a peaceful and calm feel. Lined with leafy trees and stunning character homes, it can be easy to forget just how close you are to the city!

Neighbouring St. Peters and Walkerville, with a (typically) more accessible price tag, Joslin is a great suburb to consider.

Lots of options for school and daycare nearby - whether you're going public or private, there is a lot to choose from.

With Norwood, Walkerville, Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide just 5-10mins away via car - there is so much nearby for you to enjoy.

Public transport options are also great, with Payneham Road providing easy access to and from the Adelaide CBD.

The streets of Joslin are generous, which means street-parking is a breeze.

"If you want green, this is the spot"

Wide streets, Linear park and close to the city this suburb has a lot to offer. And it has the price tag to match.

There is a good blend of old houses and new old looking houses and units in Joslin so there is a bit for everyone. You will be sure to find what you want, just be prepared to pay for it.

There are plenty of parks and Linear Park is close by for a run, walk or ride. It is one of the greenest areas around along with neighbouring St Peters.

The city is within walking distance, as are some good pubs and specialty shops.

The down side for me is the units and apartments have been done in a very unappealing and unattractive cream brick. The plus side is they are usally well hidden behind some great trees.

There is good public transport being so close to the city. But, why bus when you can walk along Linear Park?
