"undiscovered seaside retreat"

Jurien has a rapidly growing town centre with good amenities and shops. The town is growing generally, with a large development and increased tourism being now only 2 hours easy drive from Perth via the new road. Tourist opportunities abound, with fishing, diving, windsurfing and now skydiving popular activities. Nearby Lesueur National Park has the second highest floral biodiversity in Australia, and there are caves to explore in the vicinity.

"April Market Update"

What a mad March – 12 properties under offer in this month and listing loads more! We have a huge demand for good quality rentals at the moment, so if you’re after an investment this is be a great time to start looking!

Jurien Bay as a town is also very busy. The Sea Lion tours have been very active lately along with the Fishing Charters. Jurien Skydive is now well established in town and people are jumping out left right and centre. An average of 20 visiting tourists jump every weekend!! There’s quite a few other tourism ventures on the drawing board, some being quad bike beach tours, jet boat thrill rides, kayak hire, and kite surfing. There’s always plenty to do in the bay!

Seagate Marina Stage 4 is now released; we have 13 blocks for sale starting from $360,000. This is a brilliant opportunity to secure land only meters from the pristine white beach and Jurien Bay Marina. As far as location goes, it’s the best! Five homes are already constructed and another few are in the planning process. There are no time restrictions to build so your’ welcome to purchase a block sit on it and give it to the kids later on, I’m sure they will be loving you!!

It’s also worth a look to check out some of our new listings. We have quiet a few homes now under the $400,000 mark. With Jurien Bay and the surrounding areas all go go, don’t be that person that looks back in 10 years and says “I should of”… a recent Sunday paper reported the average sale price at Jurien Bay in 5 years to be $901,476 and in 10 years $1,670,145..

I will leave you to think about that!

Ray White Jurien Bay

"Best day of my Life!!"

My name is Samantha Murdock I work at Ray White Jurien Bay selling property, I hear all the time "what do people do in Jurien Bay". Well this was my day on Sunday!

Woke up, walked along the beach to see dolphins playing in the bay, it was such a nice day went home got the jet ski and went out to the islands, had friends up so took them out the seal island where they went swimming with the seals and snorkeled around the coves of the islands. Went skydiving in the afternoon and landed on the beautiful beach. Absolutely amazing experience!! Gotta cross this off the bucket list!! Then went to the jetty cafe for lunch overlooking the beach and straight back out on the boat to go trawling for Spanish mackerel and to watch the sunset. soooo nice... Jurien Bay has the best sunsets ever then back to the hotel for a counter meal... What a day!!!

If you don't have the toys to head out on the ocean there’s plenty to do.. We went to the Stockyard Gully caves last weekend, all you need is a 4 wheel drive, really good torch, old clothes and the knowhow to get dirty and climb! On the way back we headed to Sandy Cape and went up on the new boardwalk, amazing ocean views... defiantly worth a look.. Caught a few fish, the kids had a ball....

I will keep you informed with what I'm doing over the next few months and what else there's to do in the bay!!

Give me a call if you want more information - 0409 104724.

Rentals in Jurien Bay

"Great town in great area."

Jurien Bay is well known for its fishing industry especially cray and rock lobster and is a popular tourist destination. Just two and a half hours north of Perth by car the area has much to offer. There are beautiful sandy beaches, clear blue water and an abundance of fish. Snorkeling is very popular here with the many offshore reefs and islands. Living in this environment would be a holiday every day. Jurien Bay as a state school which caters for students right through school from K-11. There are some great restaurants and cafes for those who like to dine out. Shopping wise ther4 is everything you need such as a butchers, bakery, supermarkets, specialty stores, service station etc. the town also has a police station , St John Ambulance, a chemist and a library. There are medical centres and services and a hospital is within easy reach. There are plenty of sporting activities to keep you and the kids occupied with clubs and associations for moist sports. Real estate is on the rise here as everywhere in WA but bargains can still be found.
