"very peaceful quiet location"
Lovely, quiet, friendly court 5oo metres to bus stop in Scotsburn Avenue, and easy walk to Huntingdale zone 1 train station. Shopping centres and fantastic leisure centre/library/pool at an easy walk or 2 minute drive. Also quick drive to Chadstone shopping centre and Oakleigh mall.
