8 Keira street Mount Keira is a terrible property that is unsafe to live in.holes in all floors connecting to walls all windows falling away from actual frame because of rot in old wooden frames.Landlord never notifys tennant of work being done and when asks for work to be done would take a long time for said work to be innitiated eg no hot water for 1 week.lawns expected to be done at tennants expense. exposed asbestos through out .rats,birds and possums living in roof.horrible interior from 60's..oven not working .all drains blocked and not fixed bathroom falling apart full of white tip spiders cockroaches and ants allways in bathroom. real estate unwilling to help and horrible to deal with. DO NOT RENT !!!
