"Good with a few small annoyances"
Kent Street in Richmond is a wide street with great location, some graffiti and some smack heads. That pretty much sums it up!
Seriously though, Kent Street does have some nice houses, and does generally have a nice family feel. The only let down is that there are occasionally some people here who look less than reputable, but not a major issue.
Victoria Gardens Shopping center is just around the corner for all your shopping needs, and you can't go wrong in Victoria Street for some vietnamese grub!
