Kermode Street is situated at the southern end of North Adelaide, just a short walk or bus ride from the CBD.

The street is tree-lined with a number of renovated cottages and modern homes. Parking is always tight, and frequently monitored. The location is excellent - close to busy O'Connell Street and all of its shops, cafés, restaurants and other services and facilities. The location is also very close to lots of recreational facilities, including jogging tracks around the River Torrens, golf courses and top-notch gyms.

The street is also home to one of Adelaide's leading university colleges. Whilst usually quite quiet, there are few key times every year where the college rares to life, holding late night parties and pub nights which can keep the neighbourhood awake.
