"So close to the city!!!"
I love that this suburb is so close to the city and I think one of cheapest to get into so close to the city.
Although there is some industral properties in the area the first three streets in Keswick off South Road are all residential. There is a school in the suburb and very close to the Ashford Hospital. Nice little deli on Everard Ave. There are a few unit blocks in the suburb and I reckon there is a few tenants in the area.

"Great place to live, half way to everywhere in Adelaide"
Great neighbours. Safe, quiet streets but close to the city and the beaches. 12 minutes to the beach, 12 minutes to Burnside.
