"Ideal location, big blocks and reputation is out of date"
We were a bit worried about Koondoola's reputation when we first moved here. However we have found it a great place to live, our street is quiet and neighbours friendly. Location is perfect- 15 mins to beach & 20 mins to city. Sure there are a few rough looking houses but you get that in most suburbs in Perth. Very cheap for what you get!

"LOVE IT!"
Purchased a house here in 2012... Heard really bad reviews about the area but it was in our price range, so just went ahead. we LOVE it here.!!
Our neighbours and people along our road are all so lovely, surrounded by great options for private schooling, lots of bus stops and 10 mins to the train station.
A short drive and you are in the city or at the beach?!

"Worst suburb in Perth - My idea"
I lived for a year in Koondoola and I did not enjoy it at all. So boring, not green, horrible public transport, lack of a propped shopping. Overall, I don't recommend it.
