"Place is like a Middle East war zone on the weekends"
Terrible place. I lived there for years and the place is full of weekenders that don't care about the neighborhood - only themselves. Have a look at all the cammo wearing types that hail from the Auburn area that inhabit the place with a multitude of weaponry...enough said. I would not move there again even if I was given a property.
