Would Lake Entrance, Bairnsdale or Sale be a good place to live for a family with 3 young children?
We currently live in Ballarat & love the best of both worlds (we live out of town on abit of land and work in town). My husband has been offered a great work opportunity in East Gippsland... however we'd have to move.
Our kids are currently enrolled in a wonderful Christian private school in Ballarat & it feels so risky to leave it all.
Also I've read concerning reviews regarding the 'culture' in East Gippsland... Can anybody shed some more light on this for me?

Lakes Entrance is a beautiful holiday spot as well as being a great town for the local community. There is plenty on offer for kids and families alike. Being a beachtown, it has a very neighbourly community culture. There are different parts of the East Gippsland area of course, but Lakes is a very nice place to be.
