How is comfortable area around Melrose Park near Wharf Road?

Great family area ,Melrose Park school has a small school population and are very community minded and socially interactive with the school population and neighborhood ,Wharf rd has easy access to Meadowbank Wharf for a ferry to the city or Parramatta and Homebush Park for Easter Show, Top Ryde shopping centre is 10 mins away ,Roades Shopping centre is 20 mins ,Buses run along Victoria Rd to the city or Parramatta, Building has begun on the Melrose Park High Rise and shopping complex on the corner of Wharf rd and Victoria Rd , there is also a great sporting field at Meadowbank and open parkland, boat ramp at the end of Wharf rd , a easy walk to Meadowbank station and wharf ,all high rise building being done is on Parramatta Councils side of Wharf rd ,No high rise can be build on Ryde Council side of wharf rd , NBN nobe is at the top of Wharf rd ,High voltage power line are at Ermington 2ks away from Wharf rd , Wharf rd is a very friendly neighbourhood and very few rental properties and those that are rented are long term

it's great, I live around the corner up past the golf club and I love that part. Great family area.
