"Fantastic for the family"
The street is located near a reserve so it is a perfect place to walk the dog. It i not too far from the train station and there are also buses that service the area.
I n this area you would be able to achieve between $350 - $400 for a basic 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property in it's original condition. There are not many units located on this street, it mostly features 3 bedroom houses on decent sized blocks of land.
