Leaside Way, Greenwood, WA 6024

Nothing extraordinary happens in this street, it is an average quiet weekday and on the weekends there is more traffic up and down, being a cul-de-sac we don't have a lot of through traffic. There is a church at the top of the way another cul-de-sac runs off Leaside with only @7 houses and the opportunity to buy in this street doesn't happen very often as it is a very nice suburb.
The Greenwood Village shops are 5 mins walk, with a Tavern and restaurant , Petrol station, doctors, dentist, childcare, ymca hall, Mitchell freeway entrance 10mins along Warwick road, links to the Greenwood train station via buses.
A very desirable suburb which is reflected in the real estate figures of late. We've lived here for 11 years now and have seen this suburb being built over 30 years ago, the green canopy is very attractive and the birdlife is too.
