Leicester Street, Parkside, SA 5063

Leicester Street is in the middle of upmarket Parkside, a suburb just to the south of Adelaide's CBD and parklands.

This street has a number of cottages and bungalows, many of which have been renovated. House prices have increased dramatically in this area over the past ten years (although they have eased off in the last year of course), and it is home to some professional couples, families and a number of uni student renters.

Situated in the middle of Leicester Street is the very popular Earl of Leicester pub - a great watering hole to have on your door-step, and serving some of the biggest schnitzels in the whole of Adelaide.

There is a corner store. However head to Fullarton Road or Unley Road for more shops, cafés, restaurants and other services.
