Close to woolngong 40min drive 35mins to CBD 25mins to Parramatta its perfect for getting around if you work else where the growth here is unreal.

High end clean friendly i the place to be.

Leppington is high end western sydney suburb very clean safe and close to eberything essential i commit to city from here every day with ease and i love this place i had to come on and share a true review i haven't got any faults for this place i just wish i could be in the emerald hills easte its so nice but im happy i got into Leppington best choice i did for my family.

Its very expensive out this way its only growing i bought out here 3years ago 2019 for about 480k house and land sold this year January for 1.2mill its only growing great place to live

I have lived here for almost 2years now, and it’s only getting better. The growth in this suburb is amazing, we are about to develop a new school close by, and new parks being developed, and so much more, perfect for families. We have everything we need, close to shops, medical and dental, childcare, and train station close by, perfect for those who need to commute to the city.

From the high end new school and shopping choices its such a convenient place to live everything you need it's got it. Many park choices, train station, gyms medical centers major shoping titles heaps of fast food chocies places to eat and heaps of good dog parks.

My partner lives here i vist often its such a lovely place to be everything is clean and well maintained its a realy friendly place with parks filled with parents and kids we are close to so many shops with so many choices its very convenient place to live.

I rent out in Emerald hills easte in Leppington i wish i could afford to buy out here its so beautiful has everything you need coles woolies aldi daycares 5mins away from Leppington train station i cant fault it honestly everyone is friendly around here the area has a sence of clean and well maintained houses and parks. The council really care about this suburb good job.

My parents bought a house 3 years ago in emerald hills Leppington i must say from how it started out to what it is now amzeing beautiful new hosues friendly area close to highways close to shops and anything you need your only 35mins from the city also which is very convenient. My wife and i are definitely trying to get a house out tha that way but its not cheap. Especially with the airport coming.

Can't get a perfect location with respect to transport, situated at the crossroads of M7 & M5, plus South West rail link. Gateway to the future Badgery's Creek airport, will get some well needed jobs and stimulate growth in this area further.

A few issues at the moment are lack of parks, amenities and incoherent development, but overall a nice & relatively safe suburb.

From a rural suburb to a sprawling new suburb. One of the first to really expand with a new train station, and now has much better access to the city without necessarily losing it's greenery. Will continue to develop further in line with the surrounding new suburbs, and end up being quite central to the new airport and still retain many of it's ubiquitous acreages.
