Are there any problems with Banksia Close /Place, Sandy beach?

Other than no bloody gutters...can't the residences rally the council into spending some money on the suburb...slackers! Would anyone pay over $300 rent for a 3 bedroom house west of the Highway at Sandy Beach?

Rentals are scarce everywhere ,even harder to find now with al the road workers.Banksia close is a nice quiet st away from all the noise . A good st for young children to play in and easy access to walk to school .Not too far from the beach
