Linnel Court, Rowville, VIC 3178

It is close to Stud Park shops, Kingston Links golf course, Stamford Hotel, East link and South East Freeway, in a reasonably quiet court. Moved here 18 years ago and thought we might try it for a couple of years if we liked it and we are still here. After looking around everywhere, it is still reasonably affordable. And reasonably close to most places if you have a car. There are buses along stud road, within walking distance away. You can walk to the shops as well. I think Rowville is an under valued suburb about to catch up with Wantirna. We used to live in Wantirna but like Rowville better due to proximity to the freeways and easy to park shops for the basic necessities without having to struggle for parking with both Safeway and Coles nearby, and Waverley Gardens shops not far away. Plenty of schools in the area and a large child care centre along stud road. Plenty of cheap eats in Stud Park as well. And Rowville have lakes area too nearby with beautiful willow trees. Great for wedding pictures.
