"Friendly and convenient"
Lutwyche has a friendly community feel thanks to it's facilities. These include the Brook, the newly ungraded Lutwyche city, gyms and the many cafes. It has a feeling of gentrification with all the new infrastructure. Lots of new young people have moved into the area with the new units however, the character of the suburb remains thanks to the protection of the local Queenslander houses. Easy access to majors hubs of employment eg. City, airport, hospitals, chermside.
