Reviews of Malabar Street, Roxburgh Park
"Perfect place to raise a family"
I built here a few yrs back, and love the area,We pretty much have everything here with amenities close by, we have a bus stop right at the front of the street which is handy, The shops are close by with Safeway and other shops at Roxburgh Park, also we are in the middle of Craigieburn and Roxburgh so we have the choice of going to either 1, both have supermarkets post office and your other little convenient shops,
They are building the new Craigieburn shopping center shortly which will be handy even though we have Broadmeadows at our finger tips with a short drive approx 9 mins,
We have a choice of schools Public and Private primary and secondary dont listen to all the hype you hear about the schools here, Ive had no bad experiences at either primary or secondary and my kids attend Roxburgh Park Primary & Secondary, and they Love it!
Neighbours are fantastic and go out of there way to lend a hand and are very friendly, The council have been ok with updating to our footpaths and new Roads which have helped out with the new population rise. There is a lake where I take my kids to feed the ducks which is about a ten min walk from our street, this area has a very community spirit about it and I would recommend it to any one with a family.
