Quiet suburb with quality housing. Centrally located just 4 mins from Westfield Tuggerah and the M1. The quietest suburb i have ever lived in.

We loved it when we first moved here, but constant fighting in the streets and in the park including late at night in the Westfield's carport, disrespectful teenagers and young adults that run riot in the parks and these issues are almost daily. Lots of loud bikes and cars flying up the street all hours of the day and night. The young adults and wild groups of teenagers here are just too much and we can't wait to move. Not a quiet suburb.

My wife and myself had lived in sydney all our lives and couldn't believe what we found when we came to Mardi. A hidden treasure close to everything that you need as a young family. Westfields,schools,daycare and close to the freeway for any traveling. Not to mention the houses. Everyone wants and has beautiful homes in our street. They take care in all that they have and own. They are friendly and easy to get along with. All of this for half the Sydney price tags. You can have the big house you have always wanted and still have enough cash to enjoy your lives. Exceptional value for money. We love it.

its close to everything...shops,schools,transport,F3...everything! If you dont have a car,you can still get everywhere,its all within walking distance. Great family friendly place. Neighbours are all great & we all look out for one another. Strangers say hi, when you are out walking.
