"A Little known gem - so close to town."
Want a character bungalow without the massive price tag? Marleston is the answer. So many beautiful character bungalows within the 1square km that is Marleston. Many need a loving restoration, more have been discovered and have been given a new lease of life. Block sizes are generally mid sized ( ~500 sq m) to large (1100sq m +). A few newer homes have recently been built on subdivided blocks offering courtyard sized blocks. There are amenities a plenty - everything you could need. So close to the city - easy access to the bay. Shopping, restaurants, gyms, childcare, bike track, sporting grounds, many schools to choose from, excellent public transport. Great for young and old. It's a great suburb.
