Marlin Place is a hidden gem, with no through traffic it is a place where children play safely, the neighbours are very friendly and everyone is happy help eachother out. Surrounded by leafy hills, with a short 10 minute walk to the beach or Terrigal CBD and Terrigal Public School just around the corner, Marlin Place is definitely somewhere to call home. Most people who have rented in the street have ended up buying in the street and each Boxing Day is the annual neighbourhood cricket match.
