Marnham St. is a great part of Acacia Ridge with a real village feel about it, it's a quiet safe area with mostly long term owners, close to all amenities and an off leash dog area a short stroll away. Bus stop located at the end of the street giving great public transport to the City, Sunnybank/Hills, Mt Gravatt, access to the "great circle line" and connections for train stations. Very low traffic flow in this street except for kids on bikes. Neighbours tend to keep to themselves, but very friendly at the same time. The few rentals that are left usually have good tenants in them as the riff-raff aren't tolerated in this street and don't stay long. The street is usually very clean and tidy as the owners tend to have a great deal of pride in this part of the village. If your'e thinking of moving into Acacia Ridge, Marnham St. is one of the best, that's why properties don't come on the market all the time.
