I have sold multiple homes in this lovely pocket of Geelong and it really is continuing to grow in popularity.

Peaceful, central, access to Marshall train station, i can see why so many buyers are flocking to this area.

Barwon Heads Road is being upgraded also which is going to ease traffic and be much more efficient for travel times.

There are some absolutely awesome pockets in Marshall. The Grove Road/ Marvins Place/ Chamber Court area is nothing short of amazing. Private and so family friendly. People even give you a wave like they do in the country. It's the best. We felt so safe here and love how friendly but not 'in your pocket' people were. Close to Geelong CBD, including excellent public and private hospitals. Beaches are not too far either, 15-20 minutes to Barwon Heads, Torquay within 30 minutes. Shopping is easy, Highton shops 8 minutes away, Waurn Ponds shopping centre 5 minutes away, Armstrong Creek Woolworths is 6 minutes by car too! Oh and IGA on your doorstep too. You're really spoilt for choice.
Its really nice to walk around the streets and feel safe. people say hello and there are lots of young families with kids which adds to the family vibe.
We were very sad to leave this area.
