Reviews of Maxworthy Place, Hamilton Hill
"Perfect for families, singles, couples or retirees"
A nice quiet street, a few young children who are quite well mannered. Schools are very close, and public transport if within walking distance. Neighbours are friendly, but not in your face. Phoenix shopping centre is a few minutes drive away, or a brisk 10 minute walk, and Fremantle is approx 15 mins away, and Perth is well serviced by public transport. A few dogs in the street, but usually only bark at strangers and the postie. Being a cul de sac, there is very little foot or car traffic except from residents and their visitors. All in all, a very nice street for families, singles, couples or retirees

I dont go past Goodchild's very often, but when I have I usually see a person or two walking their dogs there. Manning Park which is only a short drive away has an enormous park, with playgrounds, picnic areas, and the Azalea Lea house. Every year there is a festival/fete held there and ends with fireworks which can be seen very clearly from Maxworthy Place. I havent any photos as yet, but will eventually do so:o)
Sounds like a great street. Any photos? What is the local Goodchild Park like?
