Beautiful country and quiet suburb. Great for kids with the clean yarra river close by.
This suburb is a real bush community. Would not recommend for someone who wishes to be close to large shopping facilities etc.
12min drive to Warburton, 20 mins to yarra junction and 45 to Lilydale.
People wanting to live there need to be mindful that there is 1 road in and 1 road out. Being a bush type area with many trees can be a higher fire risk but I feel this does not ruin the appeal.
There is a school bus from the nearest primary and secondary school.
I would definitely recommend this suburb if you are looking for a remote like setting but still driving distance to luxuries.

Small friendly community, stunning scenery and some great swimming holes and walking trails. Not far from Warburton, if you love nature and want to get away from hustle and bustle, this location is extremely affordable and not too far off the beaten track.
