"High Quality Street to Live In"
The street is very clean and well maintained houses sit along both sides. There are NO RENTERS in this street and the tidiness of each of the properties demonstrates the commitment of the owners to keep the area nice and clean and tidy.
TV reception is exceptional as is the mobile coverage. The owner weakness (like the bulk of the suburb is no town water/sewage services. The houses are mainly 1988-90 era (when the street was sold by the subdivision developer).
If you want to live in a quiet street with down to earth people and who value being in a nice neighbourhood then this street has it all.
