Reliable home builders in Queenstown?

Hi all, I am new to the forum and seeking advise on a reliable builder for building a small 2 bedroom house in Queenstown. I have a block of land that was purchased a few years back with the intention of building a house within a year. 3 years down the lane I am yet to get any contacts for a local builder. All the major builders I have approached so far either dont service the area or charge 15-20k more for a build in Queenstown (for transportation and accomodation). I would greatly appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. I am looking to downsize and budget is limited. All the quotes I have so far seems to be north of $220k for a small 2 bedder which is beyond my budget.
