"Lots of Refurbishment"
This street is old and Council will refurbish it very soon. More.new families are moving here. Good entry level prices for semi detached houses on this street. Get in when the price is reasonable.

"The Future is Convenience"
Moved here several years ago. This is one of the last streets that is within comfortable and convenient distances from parks, stations, shopping centres and a whole lot of other amenities. I find it very hard to live elsewhere and other upper class parts of Malvern East might be gorgeous looking with over-arching tree lined avenues blocking sun light....but price vs lifestyle there is over-rated. I really cannot imagine raking and sweeping all the elm / plane tree leaves during autumn and winter....The future is all about convenience, seamlessness and efficiency. Millewa Avenue has a good balance of greenery and sun light.

"Massive Potential of a Humble Street"
I live on Millewa Avenue and have been around in the last 5 years. It's an old street but year after year, it's going through significant gentrification. Just last weekend, a new house that was recently built and auctioned, sold for $2.83M. Can you imagine this? Wow. This street is going stellar and why? Well, the new generation of wealthy Australians actually want to live near shopping centres! Millewa Avenue is about 15 minutes walk away or just a 2 minute drive. So convenient it's not funny!!!

"Everything's So Convenient When you Live on Millewa Avenue"
How about having 2 reserves and a doggy park just minutes away? How about having great access to Chadstone either by way of a 15 minute leisurely walk or driving, which takes you 2 minutes and 20 seconds. How about the fact that prices on that street are going up as 'gentrification' occurs and the proximity to Chadstone, Malvern Valley Primary School plus a dozen other parks. How about just a 15 minute walk to the station, not too far to walk, not too near to hear the trains! It's location location location for Millewa. Some old houses here on a 700 block is currently valued at $2.3m plus plus.

"One of the last few great streets going through development!"
Great street with good houses and down to earth residents. Close to Chaddy is a real plus and just round the corner from the reserve / urban forest. Nice!
