"Prime West Marangaroo Location"
Milstead Way has a lot going for it. 160 metres to Wanneroo Road, 220 metres to Marangaroo Drive and 670 metres to Hepburn Avenue. You're close, but not too close, to all major roads. Amenities are close: just over 100 metres to Marangaroo Primary School, 270 metres to Marangaroo Public Golf Course and 870 metres to Kingsway Sporting Complex. 635 metres to Newpark Shopping Centre and 710 metres to Kingsway Shopping Centre make shopping a breeze. All this on a non-major road, the only time I use Milstead is when I have an appointment there or on the surrounding streets.
