"Just perfect for startup"
Find yourself only minutes away from Westfield Tea Tree Plaza and Ingle Farm Shopping Centre. A short drive to Prescott Primary, Valley View Golf Driving Range, Valley View Tennis Club, local library and recreation centre, public transport, and a variety of local parks and reserves.

It's a suburb that is family friendly. With parks and amenities all round. From shops to doctors, schools to public transport, restaurants and more. 20mins to the city - 20mins to the beach - 20mins to the hills. What more could you want.

"Great Location"
When traffic is good 20 minute journey to the city, when it's bad 30 minutes. All the shopping amenities are so close, absolutely no need to go to the city. If needed, public transport to the city and airport so easy!

Walking distance to TTP Westfield Shopping centre, Cafe, Restaurants, hospital, Oban Bus interchange, Liner Parks. Views to Adelaide Hill and North east area. There are lots of nice buildings along liner parks and Ladywood road.
Very good primary school.
We have lived in this area for more than 15 years, love this place.
