"Coffee on Montana anyone??"
Montana is a friendly beachside street, which is 'home' to cafe Republic, one of the trendy cafe's on the beach at Mermaid. Northside of Montana backs onto Mermaid Park, which is directly behind the Surf Club, and is the playground for many local children. The street comprises single dwellings and several highrise blocks. The furtherest you can live from the beach is 350mtres on Montana. Handy to shopping (Pac Fair), Broadbeach State School, Medical centres, and eateries such as KFC, and Sizzlers. Need I say more?
