"The best location in Safety Beach"
With only 21 houses surrounding the central private parkland, this circular street sees only a handful of visitors a day. The traffic is local only and all houses are occupied.
The residents look out for each other, and almost everyone who does not belong gets noticed.
The neighbours share BBQ's, help each other and look out for their properties if anyone goes on holiday. The park, whilst council owned, is maintained by an eager group of residents who ensure that the windbreak that is there is not overgrown or becomes a fire risk.
House sales are not common, as the residents will only see one way out.
Great, secluded and exceptionaly quiet.
