Looking for a home in Morangup?

"A safe, secure area to raise healthy, natural children."

Easy access to Midland, Hills & Swan Valley or Toodyay. Free school bus to local schools. Friendly relaxed residents from assorted back grounds. Good ground water available on most properties. Good mix of 5-25ac bush blocks and open paddocks. Some with winter creeks and some with views to the city highlights. Property values are still within reach of middle income families. We have lived here for 13 years, raised 3 children to young adults. All gained employment immediately upon leaving school because of their confident "hands on" attitude learnt from growing up away from city indoor influences. Local sporting clubs and pony club keep the kids out of trouble. If you want your kids to grow up with the freedom to be outdoor kids and to socialize with your neighbours around a bonfire or over a barby with a cold drink, then this is the life for you. If you want a nightclub/ restaurant life look elsewhere. Alot of the kids that grow up here, may move away for a short time but usually end up buying back in the area or somewhere in the hills or on acreage not far away.

Absolute delight if you want privacy, peace and tranquality, fresh air and noisy neighbours.

Located 56kms from the city, 10 minutes from Gidgegannup, 30 minutes from Midland, 20 minutes from Toodyay, 25 minutes from Mundaring. Rubbish collection, post delivery service at property, library service every two week at community hall.
