"This place keeps growing on me!"

This is one of those lovely town centres that just keeps getting better. Awesome pub, great coffee shops, brilliant hardware and IGA and a town square type feel. With SUPERB half acre upwards blocks and homes at really good prices and so close to Mundaring, I reckon this place might just be the best Hills place to buy right now!

"Fantastic community spirit"

Mount Helena is definately a small piece of heaven, providing a friendly supportive community atmosphere to all. Housing within walking distance to the local shop, parks and schools are like gold. What better way to spend a lazy Sunday by taking the family to the playground, where you can often catch up with local families, or a short drive up the road to Lake Leschanaultia for a swim, and top it off by catching up with friends in the beer garden at the 'Mounties' listening to local bands.

Great for

  • Good transport for children attending local schools, or those further away.
  • Relaxing atmosphere.

"Great for families!"

Mount Helena is a fantastic hills area to live in. It has great local schools and the local public high school has certainly improved in the last few years. It has an exceptional music and performing arts program, with the local schools teaching musical instruments to students so they can apply for the program. The local shop used to be known as 'Maddo's' but has sold to new owners but us locals still call it Maddo's. Sunday arvo's are a great way to spend time in the beer garden at the local pub, the 'Mounties", or at Lake Leschenaultia.
Mount Helena is a great suburb for families as it is close to Mundaring and all the facilities, whilst being away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
