Reviews of Mount Lawley, WA

"Such a lovely town to live in!"

I used to live in Perth CBD, and never got to have a single quiet moment living there. It is known for a busy area, but I still just wanted to chill and relax at home.
However, I finally got to have that peaceful relaxing time as soon as I moved into a house in Mount Lawley.
The neighbours around are so nice and quiet.
I also go to work pretty early in the morning (leaving home at like 5:20 am), I have never felt scared at all even if I walk in the dark.
Such a lovely suburb and so convenient since it is close to Perth CBD. I will be living in Mount Lawley as long as I can!

"Best suburb in Perth"

Beautiful peaceful tree lined streets, historic old federation style and art deco houses and buildings, charming well maintained parks and gardens, exemplary schools and facilities, walking distance to banks, post office, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs galore. With public transport options of Mt Lawley train station and bus services covering the whole suburb, everywhere is within easy reach including the Perth CBD (6 mins by train) and airport.

One of the most walkable suburbs in Perth.

I honestly had no idea how beautiful and convenient this suburb was until I moved here.

Wouldn't live anywhere else.

"Ticks all the boxes"

Ive lived here the last 15 years and seen it transform into a bustling hive of activities. The local shops and cafes are lovely and there is always an upcoming show or festival to look forward too. I regularly use Hyde park for exercise and relaxing and live close enough to the city to walk to work. Love mount lawley and dont think i could live anywhere else now!
