Is the crime rate low in Mt Warren Park we are looking at a house in Ben Lexen Court?

Ben Lexcen Court is a nice street, check with Beenleigh Police for the crime rate, we live on the Boulevard and have had no problems so far, I have heard of a few break and enters but you will get those anywhere. Car theft last year but the culprits were from another area.
