The east side has 8 properties facing East to the Ocean with views to die for;
Great for
- Location, compass Location, high above the Ocean no Southerlies.
- Location to 3 Beaches 6 surf spots and Ocean Baths say 200 meters and you wet.
- Location to Cafes, eateries & shops. Lots to do after a swim.
Not great for
- The parking if you don't have a residents voucher you will be fined.
- Parking Police: due to tight access don't go into this street
- Parking meters are everywhere so park at the Ocean Baths for free.
