"Relaxing suburb"

Family orientated, mature trees, larger houses and Mount Annan Park is a great spot for the kids with a flying fox and beautiful gardens.

Looking for a home in Narellan Vale?

"Beautiful suburb and lovely neighbourhood"

Great neighbourhood, real community. I was moving around Sydney suburbs till I found this hidden gem and now I’ve settled in here beautiful Narellan Vale. You can buy/rent decent size of house with reasonable price. Everything is around, good schools, good childcare centres and many shops and goos restaurants. I highly recommend this suburb to all my friends and others.

"What's not to like?"

We've lived and worked from our rented home in Narellan Vale since 2003 and we're saddened that we now have to move. Our eldest daughter attended NVPS from kindy and now goes to Elizabeth Macarthur High and both schools are just great! Plenty of access to multiple shopping centres & supermarkets.

Plenty of parks and playing fields for the kids, cinemas at Narellan and some fantastic restaurants as close as Mt Annan or Camden, a lovely little town with that friendly country feel. The city's not that far if you have to go. 45 minutes and you can hit the beaches near the Gong or short drive for some fresh country air up Razor back..

Only downside for us, as the only "renters" in our quiet little cul-de-sac, some, not all of our neighbours had a tendency to look down their noses at us but that's about the only gripe we have!

Great for

  • Ample space for kids to play
  • Great family orientation
  • Lovely surroundings

"Overcrowded, traffic nightmare, full of fast food outlets"

Firstly, the traffic snarl to get to and from work is a nightmare. There's one main road in and out. The schools are overcrowded and full of demountables. Graffitti at the few parks and local thugs are abundant. No decent restaurants but a HUGE number of fast food outlets. Cheap and nasty. Parks are barren. I couldn't wait to get out of this place.

Not great for

  • Traffic!
  • Overcrowded schools
  • Fast food outlet heaven

"Somewhere to call home"

I have lived in Narellan Vale for over the past 20 years and know the area very well. Narellan Vale features a family orientated lifestyle with local schools, shops and playing fields.

Originally, this area was granted to William Howe who - like many other recipients of local land - played a prominent role in the consolidation of the fledgling colony. It was not until the 1990s that residential subdivision occurred here. Today, Narellan Vale is a thriving suburb that’s immensely popular with families. Residents enjoy easy access to the commercial, retail and administrative centre that is Narellan, along with abundant open space.

Residents of Narellan Vale have great options when it comes to eating out. There are plenty of fast food outlets and take-away stores in neighbouring Mount Annan. Narellan Vale has a small shopping strip. It offers locals all their daily essentials, as well as takeaway food. Nearby Mount Annan is where many residents of Narellan Vale undertake more substantial shopping. They house an Aldi, Coles and Woolworths supermarket, along with numerous specialty stores.

Narellan Vale is approximately eight kilometres from Campbelltown. Regular bus services operate between Narellan Vale and Campbelltown railway stations. It provides access to the Campbelltown, Southern, East Hills and Airport lines and provides regular services to the city.

I have enjoyed growing up in Narellan Vale and I now have the opportunity to introduce new buyers into this community as I am the Narellan Vale Property Specialist for McGrath Estate Agents Camden.

"City meets country"

All ammenities available but with a country feel. Access to medical, educational and cultural facilities, lots of parks and walkways, but you can drive five minutes to visit farms and see a cow! Close to Australia's largest Botanical Gardens at Mount Annan.
