Reviews of Noble Park North, VIC

"Highly appealing properties, especially in the "Silverton Mile""

A gorgeous suburb, less than 30km to the city, 20 mins to the beach & Dandenongs, with both major freeways at your doorstep, Noble Park North is a pleasant and highly appealing suburb, especially for retirees and families. Gorgeous parks, schools, shops, transport ... and extremely safe! The Silverton Mile surrounding Silverton Primary School, has become one of the most recent recognized and exclusive pockets of Real Estate in Melbourne.

Looking for a home in Noble Park North?

"A hidden gem of a suburb with amazing potential"

Throughout my 7 years of living here, Noble Park North has been nothing more but peaceful, enjoyable and safe regarding the neighbourhood. Very caring and lovely neighbours, a clean suburb with not that much waste and litter compared to other suburbs, and have many accommodations. From large public parks to playgrounds, being directly linked to both the Eastlink and Monash highway, a sizeable shopping centre that includes many varieties and options of shops and restaurants, and fairly affordable housing. The suburb also has three coeducational schools that have a very great learning curriculum and many students. The public transport also has bus stops and is friendly for taxi and online ride-hailing services. It is surrounded and close to many other suburbs. The highways also make it very accessible and let its residents travel to other suburbs such as Springvale, Glen Waverly, and Mulgrave with relative ease for dine-in and other leisure. The housing is also amazing, as most houses here cost between 300k to 700k whereas, in other suburbs, it's in the millions. Meaning this makes it extremely friendly for families and others looking for affordable housing. Although the suburb may not have much regarding tourist attractions, it's a very accessible neighbourhood with plenty to go off. The only downside about the suburb is its name, associated with a different suburb, 'Noble Park,' which overshadows or even diminishes this place, which is on display with its relatively small size. But it is growing fast. Regardless, this suburb is superb.

Rentals in Noble Park North

"Under appreciated diamond in the rough"

Have been a resident for 2 years now and now I couldn’t have been in a better location. Bought here mostly due the affordability. You have your occasional hoon in some spots but mostly a peaceful area with young families or older couples. Close to waverley gardens shopping center to both M1 and princes Hwy. good schools around the area which is probably why young families are moving in. Best pockets are the ones bordering Mulgrave, closer to the Shopping center and the cemetery. Houses here can sell around $700K while just 200-300m away is Mulgrave with its million $$ homes. Many families choose to buy older properties only to demolish it and build a brand new home on the plot which is a sure sign of positives the suburb has to offer. Not many dining options but short drive to many local dining precincts like in DANDENONG, Springvale, glen waverley and Clayton. The only downside is the name which has ‘NOBLE PARK’ in it, as many ppl not familiar with the area associate it with its more ill reputed neighbor. But the reality is far from it.

"Suburb about to Boom"

One of the best hidden suburbs in Melbourne! It has everything you need and is close to freeways. It won't take long for people to cotton onto this suburb, which should hit the median million dollar range very soon. Recommend getting in quick!!!

"Improving and great access to city and bayside"

Have seen this area continuously improve. Prices in the past year alone have gone up by approx $100k for a 3 bedroom house. Mulgrave and surrounding suburbs are in high demand. Great facilities. Noble Park North is close to W. Gardens, W.Park and the two main freeways.

Great for

  • Not too far from city
  • Choice of local schools
  • Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre

Not great for

  • Racing noise from sandown park in weekend

"Affordable but Very Potential suburb"

Close to WG shopping centre, Monash Freeway, Private Hospital, Schools. Surrounding by more expensive areas like waverley park, mulgarve, Springvale. WG shopping is small but good enough for daily needs and surrounding by fitness centre, medical centres, vets... , getting busier probably because waverley park is being filled with more and more residents

Not great for

  • Racing noise from sandown park in weekend
  • It got "Noble Park" name

"Not the best Investment"

I've bought my investment property in Noble Park last year. Should have thought twice. It's actually dropped in Value. The neighbourhood isn't too friendly.
