"Great place for everyone!"
Langwarrin is located just a short drive from Frankston city and the beach, and just a 20 minute drive to the beautiful Morington Peninsula. Norwarran way is situated off North Rd and close to convenience stores, newsagent, hairdresser, food shops, schools, parks and recreational places.
Langwarrin shops and Frankston city stores are just a short drive or bus ride away so there's plenty to do for shopaholics. Nightlife is abound in nearby Frankston as are thousands of shops, malls, restaurants, cafe's and one of the best beaches in Victoria!.
The nearby Langwarrin shopping centre is huge with supermarkets, clothes shops, hairdressers, cafe's and more. A large Mitre10 hardware store will please the men in the family and if they need more, Bunnings is just a 5 minute drive away.
The area includes sports centres, VFL football, tennis and just about any other sport you can think off. The nearby cultral and arts centre in Frankston will appease those with a fine taste of live theatre and culutral shows. Cinemas and the like are close by too. All up, a great place to live if you want quiet living on one hand, and everything else on the other.
